The role
    Assist the team in:

Your profile
  • • Fluent French and English (Italian will be an asset)

The role
  • • Confident with macroeconomic indicators evolution analysis and impact over major asset classes.
  • • Actively participate in investment idea generation and asset selection, with a particular focus on ESG focused investments.

  • • Perform trading, rebalancing and other portfolio management services.
  • • Direct Investment experience in derivate products, equities and bond.

  • • Master’s degree (CFA, CAIA or equivalent will be an asset).

  • • Bloomberg proficiency skills are compulsory.

Support the Conducting Officer in charge of Legal, Compliance & Risk Management in every department needs.

Compliance
  • • Legal and Compliance and preparation/review of legal documents and maintenance and check of legal and compliance data into internal software and Worldcheck.
  • • Identification and interpretation of all legislative and regulatory requirements that apply to the PSF companies and provision of appropriate advice to Management. Particular attention is required to AML matters and compliance requirements.
  • • Preparation and presentation to AML Committee of all dossiers for KYC/AML purposes for new clients and partners at on-boarding time and on ongoing basis for due diligence review.
  • • Review and update of all procedures related to Legal and Compliance matters.
  • • Production of Departmental Key Activities Monthly Checklist for Legal & Compliance duties.
  • • Support the daily risk management and investment compliance monitoring checks.

Risk
  • • Develop, implement and maintain the Risk Management Processes and Risk Management Policies.
  • • Review, monitor and constantly improve existing and ongoing risk management practices, policies and procedures in response to identified risks.
  • • Support the department in Risk reporting to the regulatory authorities, as required, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • • Follow and support the client on-boarding process and risk related projects and report risk issues.

Your profile
