Portfolio Management Officer in Impact Finance

We are looking for a Portfolio Management Officer in Impact Finance

The role
  • • Perform trading, rebalancing and other portfolio management services
  • • Prepare Investment Policy Statements and client presentations
  • • Delivery of financial planning and wealth management services
  • • Participate in portfolio reviews & communicate with institutional clients / external advisors
  • • ESG investment monitoring
  • • Quantitative market and investment analysis
  • • Confident with macroeconomic indicators evolution analysis and impact over major asset classes
  • • Research projects and other duties as assigned by Client Service Team Qualifications

Your profile
  • • Fluent French and English (Italian will be an asset)
  • • 2 to 3 years relevant experience in the financial sector, ideally in the financial services industry and ideally in a portfolio/fund management role
  • • Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude
  • • Impact Finance, ESG and SRI interest and knowledge
  • • Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus
  • • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • • CFP, CFA, or MBA, confident with VBA
  • • Proficient with computer and software packages, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

We are looking for a Middle Office Officer

The role
  • • Administration and day to day management of all client accounts (both institutional and private)
  • • Implementation of portfolio management decisions placing orders with custodian banks or external brokers
  • • Reconciliation of cash accounts and asset positions on daily basis
  • • Calculation of Commission IN and OUT
  • • Production of portfolio reporting for internal and external clients
  • • Processing of corporate actions events
  • • Producing and managing administrative documentation related to client accounts
  • • Point of contact for all operational aspects with insurance companies, custodian banks and external providers
  • • Investigation and resolution of queries from insurance companies, brokers, custodian banks and private clients
  • • Responsible for projects concerning administrative operational workflows automation and improvement
  • • Assist the Portfolio Manager

Your profile
  • • 3-5 years’ experience in Business Administration, Investor Services (Accounting will be considered as an asset)
  • •Ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • • Ability to work in team but also individually with initiative
  • • Dynamic, client focused with excellent communication skills
  • • Fluency in French and English. Italian would be considered as an asset
