Marco Caldana is CEO, Founding Partner of FARAD Group and Head of Business Development of SELECTRA Management Company S.A. and FIA Asset Management S.A. After graduating with a degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance from the Università Cattolica of Milan, Marco Caldana has acquired extensive experience in the financial sector in several international firms.
Marco Claus has a consolidated experience in the financial field, working at Banca Sella Group, where he has directed, among others, the Luxembourg branch. After he has continued his career in Banco Desio Group as director of subsidiary Brianfid Lux. He acts as consultant and member of the board for asset management companies.
Graduated as Finance Engineer from Politecnico di Milano, Marco Cipolla worked first for an Italian management company and then, from 2007 to 2013, as project manager and Board member for FIA Asset Management S.A. Managing Partner and member of the Board of SELECTRA Management Company S.A., he also acts as conducting officer and member of the board for other Luxembourg companies and investment funds.
In Luxembourg since 1982, CEO of Telecom Italia Finance for 20 years and President of Polcevera SA (2nd shareholder of ERG SPA in Italy) for 10 years Fabio Morvilli is currently President of the Camera di Commercio Italo-Lussemburghese and of the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce. Morvilli is also a director within several companies in different fields: banks, investment funds, real estate, advertising.
Graduated in “International Political Science”” from the university of Trieste she has then obtained a Master in International Business from the same institution. After a first professional experience in Italy Nicoletta Morsut has acquired a consolidated experience in Luxembourg in the “financial-insurance” sector as manager of Lombard International assurance SA. In December 2012 she joined FIA. Today, she acts as Conducting Officer while being Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer
Holder of CIIA (Certified International Investment Analyst), CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) and Professional Qualification in Risk Management for Banks and for Funds, Charles Lamoulen has acquired, over the past 20 years, a solid professional experience in Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory and Risk Management while working in companies such as Banque Paribas, Societe Generale Bank & Trust, UBS and UBP in Luxembourg. Apart from his Conducting Officer role, he is currently in charge of overseeing FIA Asset Management's portfolio management activities, driven by strong convictions and actively integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria.
