The role
  • •Be a key point of contact in Luxembourg for clients and business partners on portfolio management related activities
  • •Become a key member of the executive team as Conducting Officer,
  • •Acting as point of contact for the CSSF for portfolio management related matters,
  • •Support the client relationship manager during prospect activity,
  • •Report on a regular basis to the Senior Management over the portfolio management activity,
  • •Structure, implement and assure a continuous oversight of the investment decision process,
  • •Ensure that the set of procedure and policies are up-to-date and reviewed periodically,
  • •Establishing quarterly and annual reports, both at client and at company-wide levels,
  • •Ensuring the Company’s compliance with applicable legal requirements,
  • •Supervision of all delegated activities which include the portfolio management, the internal audit and the accounting process,
  • •Implementing and monitoring of KPIs with internal structure and third party business partners

Your profile
  • •A University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration,
  • •Substantial knowledge of CSSF and EU regulatory framework,
  • •Passion in Responsible & Sustainable Finance,
  • •At least 8 Years’ Experience (Manager/Senior Manager),
  • •Ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines, ability to work with initiative and good organizational skills;
  • •Fluency in French and English, Italian would be considered as an asset
